We completed Phase I improvements to this Hilltop duplex in April, and Phase II of renovations are well under way. With the demolition components completed, we are in the midst of structural improvements to the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems, while the roof is replaced. After that, we will be able to complete the planned cosmetic updates to the kitchens, bathroom, and living areas. We can’t wait to see the final project.
