For over a decade, the New York based Top 100 Magazine selects 100 real estate professionals who have made an impact in their industries and communities to be featured in their annual “Top 100” list. CEO Georgie Asfoura was selected to be among the 2020 award recipients.
When asked about this honor, CEO Georgie had this response:
“A big thank you to The Top 100 for this recognition.
Residential real estate, i.e., housing, has always been important to me. It’s the thread that connects the historical positions on my resume, a vehicle for economic development, and my favorite social intervention strategy. Each stage of my career teaches me more about the ways residential investment (or disinvestment) impacts communities and individuals and challenges me to evolve my professional practice.
In answer to that challenge, I recently founded a real estate investment firm to reimagine housing options in central Ohio, where the market is growing increasingly tighter.
